After the inaugural and very successful McGuigan City Vineyards installation at Customs House in Circular Quay Sydney, Green Rooms was invited to Melbourne’s Federation Square to set up McGuigans next city vineyard.
This installation had extra challenges with a narrow installation timeframe and the site which was the high traffic area of Melbourne’s Federation Square. Live vines were used which added to the challenge as did the laying of 250square meters of turf. The event lasted 4 days after which all the materials were recycled or donated to schools.
